Vera Elizabeth Jacobs, infant daughter of Adam and Leah (Campanile) Jacobs, died March 16th at Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York.
Calling hours for the family will be held on Sunday evening March 22, 2015 from 7pm - 9pm at the F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 6575 East Quaker Street Orchard Park, New York 14127.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday morning at Immaculate Conception Church Oakwood Avenue East Aurora, New York 14052 at 11:00am.
