William J. Dodd, age 86, of Orchard Park, died Monday, May 11, 2015 at home in Orchard Park. Mr. Dodd was born April 8, 1929 in Buffalo, NY. He is the son of the late James and the late Clara (Fletcher) Dodd. He married Jane A. Abplanalp. He is survived by his wife: Jane A. (Abplanalp) Dodd; father of Crystal K. Dodd; William F. Dodd; Elizabeth J. (Joseph) Schwendler and the late James M. (Connie) Dodd; grandfather of Liam, Zoe, Jennifer, James, Teresa and Daniel; brother of Dorothy (Late Rev. John) Mears and the late Helen Simmons and Lynn Lapp. The funeral will be held 11:00am on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Orchard Park on Saturday. Calling hours will be Friday, May 15 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm - 7:00pm - 9:00pm at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. Memorials may be made to: Emmanuel United Methodist Church 7404 Ellicott Rd. Orchard Park, NY 14127
