On behalf of the entire USS Wasp Association we express our deep condolences.
Dick led and played an instrumental role in the history of the Wasp Association. His leadership over many years allowed the Association to survive and grow. Not only was he the Chairman for so long but he took on the added responsibility of running the Ship's Store.
In recognition of his leadership and dedication to the Association a donation has been made in his name to the Southtown MS Foundation.
Fair winds and following seas.

Dick was a great man. He did so much for the Wasp Association.
Mary enjoyed 'sparing' with him when we were involved in the Orlando reunion. He used to pick on her regarding her Boston accent. May God hold him in the palm of HIS hand. Rest in Peace Dick.
