Norman R. Downer, age 86, of West Falls, died Saturday, April 16, 2016 at home in West Falls. Mr. Downer was born September 24, 1929 in Lakeview, NY. He is the son of the late Ralph and the late Helen (Hazen) Downer.
Beloved husband of the late Grace Downer, loving father of Connie (Kenneth) Schrader, Sharon (David Lux) Gerken, Wende Yox, Michael Downer, and Joanne Osgood; brother of Ruth Downer, Edna Moore and Roger (Lora Lee) Downer and the late Harold Downer and Edward Downer; also survived by many grand and great-grandchildren.
Private services held at the convenience of the family.
Memorials may be made to the West Falls Fire Department.
