John was on the board for Gateway-Longview, where I have worked for over 20 years. Several times he was instrumental in providing us legal knowledge and expertise related to union negotiations and other legal issues related to students. I appreciated his vast knowledge base and the way he was able to explain things in a way that was easy for me to understand. I appreciate his investment in our program. I am very sorry for your loss and know that he was a valued member of our board and his volunteer work made a difference. Thank you.
