I'm so very sorry for your loss. It feels like he saved my life, when he took my case over after a work injury, where some breaks in my jaw were missed for so long that it became a huge problem, and Dr. Ed and his staff went to the mat for me, after Dr. Krull asked him to do it as a favor. I believe that I was the first patient who had a 3-D CT scan in order to have custom made titanium joints made, which he taught classes about at the medical school. My whole family and I loved him, even my grandma, who went to some appointments with me. Such a good man. My brother, who's a Harvard Medical School Graduate, still speaks highly of him.
I just looked him up, because I'm going to be back in WNY soon, and liked to check in with him.

My deepest sympathies go out to Ed’s family. This is such a shock and a tremendous loss to so many people. I had the privilege of working for him many years ago and so many of us in the dental field know him and cared so much about him and his family. I ran into him and MJ at a party two years ago and we snapped a photo together, it was so nice to see them both. My prayers and thoughts are with him and his family during this very difficult time.

Mary Jo, I am so sorry to hear about Eddie. You and your family are in our prayers. I remember spring break in college , maybe 1977 or 78, Eddie saying let's drive down to Myrtle Beach. It seemed to me spur of the moment and I kept asking him where we
were going to stay. But he did have a plan and ended up with a beautiful wife. Eddie always cooked up good adventures.
