My sincerest and heartfelt condolences to Victor’s family. I had the honor of working with Victor for for many years, and having him as a friend for over 50 years. Many good times, and great memories were made.Victor will be sadly missed , but will live on in or hearts and minds in the many great memories we have! My thoughts and prayers for Cairn and the family!
