THOMAS - Peter William Of Orchard Park, NY, September 24, 2022. Beloved husband of 55 years to Joan (Dorsey) Thomas; dear father of Christian (Siobhan), John Scott (Suzanne), Amy L. (Brian) Ayrault, Andrew J. (Kara) and the late Conor Thomas; loving grandfather of Dylan, Owen, Lauren, Hannah, John and Nina; brother of Thomas R. (Linda) and David M. (Penny), and the late Paul H. (Cathy). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Peter worked with his father, Paul and brother Tom in the family business, Thomas Industrial Associates. Peter was a veteran of the Army's South American Team, serving in Panama, CA. He played tennis for the Army's South American Team and continued playing throughout his life. He was an avid golfer, playing at the Orchard Park Country Club and Springville Country Club. In memory of Peter, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo Foundation at www.hospicebuffalo.org or Alzheimer's Association of WNY at www.alz.org or The Grey Nuns of the Sacred Heart, 14500 Bustleton Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19116. The family will receive friends Friday October 7th, 2022 from 4 PM-7 PM at the F. E. BROWN SONS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 6575 E. Quaker St., Orchard Park, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, October 8th, at 9:30 AM, in Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Ave., Orchard Park, NY.
