My deepest sympathy to Mary Elizabeth's children and grandchildren and to the entire Cosgrove family. My family and the Cosgroves were neighbors for many years, and she was one of the "older girls" I admired so much. Those were happy days for all of us, and I have treasured these memories throughout the years. I live in Maryland so I cannot join you at the Basilica this Saturday but all of you will be in my prayers.
