Andrew R. Pawlak, age 15, of Orchard Park died Monday, December 19, 2011 in Orchard Park.
Andrew is the son of John and Lynn (Witherspoon) Pawlak.
He is survived by his parents, sister, Claire C. and brother Nathan E. Pawlak, loving grandson of John L. Jr. and Joyce Pawlak, Robert and Nancy Witherspoon. Andrew is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 7:00pm at Orchard Park Presbyterian, 4369 S. Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, NY.
