Mr. Darby was born at Buffalo, NY. He married Betty Crisp.
Mr. Darby was the President of Niagara Transformers, Buffalo New York.
He is survived by his wife: Betty (Crisp) Darby and his children, John F. (Carolyn) and Anne (Jim) Darby, and his beloved grandchildren; Paige, Madeline, Andrew, Case, Samantha, Will and Ava.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
