Corey R. Lelonek, age 16, of Orchard Park died Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Buffalo General Hospital, Buffalo.
Corey was born at Buffalo, NY the son of Mark A. and Elaine M. (Geitter) Lelonek.
Son of Mark A. and Elaine M. (Geitter) Lelonek, brother of Kristen Lelonek, grandson of Ralph and Mary Geitter and Eleanore (late Richard) Lelonek, also survived by many loving cousins, Aunts and Uncles.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 1:00pm - 5:00pm at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. The funeral will be Monday at 9:30 at Wesleyan Church of Orchard Park, 7295 Ellicott Road, Orchard Park.
