Lucas A. Hoag, age 21, of West Falls died Monday, May 6, 2013.
Lucas was born at West Falls, NY the son of Robert L. and Cynthia (Lewandowski) Hoag.
Beloved Son of Robert and Cynthia (Lewandowski) Hoag, brother of Kevin Bogdan, Bradley (Shelly) Kenny, Crystal and Joseph Hoag; also survived by Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Calling hours will be Friday from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 7:00pm -9:00pm at the F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. The funeral will be Saturday at 10:00am at Fellowship Of God's Word Church, 116 Broad Street, Tonawanda.
