Mrs. Burkard was born in Buffalo, NY the daughter of the late Clarence and the late Betty (Meyer) Machemer. She married Jack R.Burkard.
She is survived by her husband: Jack R.Burkard and her children.
No prior visitation. Services were held at the convenience of the family
