Norris "Curley" E. Shoemaker, age 93, of East Aurora, died Thursday, June 5, 2014 at home in East Aurora. Mr. Shoemaker was born September 14, 1920 in Breckenridge, PA. He is the son of the late Norris and the late Laura (Ritchie) Shoemaker. He married Gloria Burns.
He is survived by his beloved wife: Gloria (Burns) Shoemaker; loving father of the late Kim (Melanie) Shoemaker, grandfather of Jesse (Mili) Shoemaker; the late Aaron Shoemaker; Leah (Garrett) Mayer; and Colin Shoemaker; and great-grandfather of Levi, Tucker and Lincoln.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm on Monday, June 9, 2014 at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. Burial will be in Griffin Mills Cemetery, West Falls on Monday.
