Joseph V. Nicosia, age 97, of Orchard Park, died Monday, July 7, 2014 at Absolut of Orchard Park of Orchard Park, NY. Mr. Nicosia was born March 26, 1917 in Buffalo, NY. He is the son of the late Stefano and the late Angelina (Tripoli) Nicosia. Joseph was predeceased by his wife, the late Mary (LoCurto) Nicosia.
Loving father of Kathleen Pares and Steven (Kim) Nicosia beloved grandfather, great grandfather and brother.
A prayer service will be held 10:45 am on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11:30 am at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Avenue, Orchard Park, NY. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Friday, July 11 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm - 7:00pm - 9:00pm at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY.
