Gracia A. Kozak, age 79, of Arcade, died Sunday, July 6, 2014 at home in Arcade. Mrs. Kozak was born May 24, 1935 in Farmersville, NY. She is the daughter of the late Franklin and the late Mable (McCluer) Ashcraft.
Beloved wife of the late John Kozak Jr.; mother of John (Lisa) Kozak and the late Cheryl (Jerry) Seiwert and Cindy Kozak, loving grandmother and sister.
Calling hours will be Thursday, July 10 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm at Pioneer Christian Fellowship, 303 Rte. 39W, Arcade, NY., followed by a Funeral Service at 3:00pm.
