Having known Ken for well over 40 plus years or so he always treated us as friends. His work ethic was beyond expectations with professionalism and friendship. He was our “go to” landscaper and friend. He will be missed. Our heartfelt and deepest condolences to his family and to all who worked with him. May he rest in peace for we know he is in a good place.

I am so saddened to learn of Ken's passing. Ken was the consummate gentleman, forever serving humbly, listening compassionately and leading in his own, quiet, professional way. What a benefit to have had him as a mentor in my early days, seeing how real leaders lead, doing what is right and ethical and comfortable in his own skin, not just being the sizzle of the steak~
I will miss him for now but look to the time when we can talk and have fun laughing again, joyfully with whom it really matters.
My thoughts and prayers for his friends and family to adjust to his passing. May you all continue to use his examples and words to guide you until the time when we get to be with him again, in glorious, redeemed bodies.

On behalf of the Class of 1958, I would like to express condolences to the family on Ken's death. He was a great guy, kind and with a great sense of humor. He did landscaping work for my parents many years ago and they though very highly of him too. We will miss him very much. Our class is very close and each loss is painful. Rest in peace, dear friend.

Ken worked with us on many projects over the years and became a dear friend. We will miss him greatly. He had the nicest way of saying "No, I think we can do this a better way..." and he always came up with an elegant solution. I always told him that Spring became official with a visit from him. Next Spring will feel so empty.

Ken was a true Rotarian both in spirit and in fact. His contributions to building the YMCA sports field off Eggert Road, to his generous support of the James Saville scholarship fund will be long remembered by the club. Enthusiasm was the hallmark of the many Rotary projects he worked on.

To the family of Ken, on behalf of the Western New York Garden Railway Society, and myself personally, I am sorry to hear of Ken's passing. For 12 years, he supported the club and it's annual presentation of trains in the Grange building. His support and guidance is immeasurable. He will be missed. May God surround you with the love and compassion that can only come from Him, with support by family members and friends.

Ken was a great man and mentor. I feel I learned more from him in the 2 years I worked for him than the 2 years I took landscaping at Alfred State. He was always fair, took a few minutes to talk to you and made you feel important, even when I was a 19 year old young man in 1984. You will be missed.
