Dear Ann; Sorry that I can't express my condolences in person, but I will be out of town this weekend. I didn't see much of Pete these past few years, but during the days we worked together I have a lot of fond memories. He still held the record of the only employee to ever retire from Gernold Agency. We used to run at the "Ridge", do the Turkey Trot, and the Corporate cup challenge. With his Utica roots, Matts beer was always featured at most runs. As soon as he retired he was off on his bike to ride from Lake Erie to Tampa. What a guy.
