Sad news. End of an era for me (work related). Was fortunate enough to know his father also. Both of them were true "gentle" men. Also fortunate enough to
have known him for over 50 years and to be able to call him a close friend. With
respect to my work with him, I am honored to call him my mentor. I will greatly miss him and our luncheons together. In retrospect, now wish we would have had a lot more luncheons. GW was always a joy to be with.
