Jane E. (Gavin) Jacobi Died April 22, 2019. Age 90. Beloved wife of the late Donald P. Jacobi; dearest mother of JoEllen (Bruce) Johnson, Mary Beth (David) Sweeney, and Nancy (Robert) Rosenberry. Proud and loving Gram of Kristen (Nicholas) Piekiel, Corey (Leah) Johnson, Michael Sweeney, Kelsey (Nicholas) Bobrinskoy, Connor Sweeney (Caitlyn Fowler), Mary Clare Sweeney and the late Whitney Johnson. Great Gram of Jason & Josephine Johnson; Maeve, Eliza & Tiegan Piekiel; and soon to arrive "Baby Bo" Bobrinskoy. Predeceased by 7 brothers and 3 sisters: Dean (Mildred) Gavin; Mary (Edward) Cregan; Charles (Eleanor) Gavin; Vincent Gavin; James (Betty) Gavin; Bernice (Frank) Conley; Eleanor (Ted) Walters; Maurice (Annabelle) Gavin; Robert (Dorothy) Gavin; and William Gavin. Daughter of the late James M. Gavin and Mary Corcoran Gavin. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Jane has received loving care in Greenville, South Carolina for the past 8 years at The Cottages of Brushy Creek Post Acute. She was a past member of the Orchard Park Senior Citizens as their Historian; Nativity Alter and Rosary Society, Nativity Bereavement Committee and The Stag Society. Family will receive friends Friday from 4pm – 7pm at the F E Brown Sons Funeral Home. Prayers Saturday 9:15am at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in Nativity of Our Lord Church 26 Thorn Ave. Orchard Park. Burial in Nativity Cemetery.
