It is with sadness that I write to dear Michael’s family at this time of loss. When I, Evie Weber Rencurrel, served on the Orchard Park Village Board, Mike and I worked together to bring the Street Dance to our community. There was no end to his devotion to Orchard Park and the hours of work donated to make great things happen. We will miss you.

Joanne and the entire Capriotto Family words can not express my sadness for you and your family. The loss of Mike will be hard for everyone that knew him. I may have only known him a few years since you two came to our boat dock, but he has left a lasting mark on all of us. From his kindness, generosity, sarcasm to the love we all witnessed for you,the children and the grand kids. May your sorrow be consoled by the wonderful memories you have.

The whole Looney family is so sorry for your loss. My boys fondest memories of growing up here involved Mike and "going to the Mobil". What a treat to live in the village and walk to the Mobil for candy! Brian's first job was at Abbott Ice Cream, I didn't even have to drive him back and forth to work. When we first moved here, 25 years ago, Vin would walk to the Mobil for the paper every morning. And every time, I needed to hang a fundraising poster in the window, Mike always said yes. He was such a big part of our lives, he will be greatly missed.

Mike was one of the funniest men I had ever met. What was it about him? The moment I met him I felt an instant connection to him as though I had known him my whole life. He was always smiling, cracking jokes, and telling everyone, "My wife is so hot!" He shared his heart and loved so deeply. His eyes were the reflection of his soul - Beautiful. There will never be another Michael ever! I look forward to seeing him in Heaven and throughout the eternities. Joanne, he absolutely adores you and always will. Your reunion in Heaven will be magnificent.
Much Love,
Karen Tripi Tebbs

My condolences go out to the friends and family of Michael, in this time of mourning. I met Michael while developing a fuel related product for my engineering work and when I had waterjet work done. He graciously worked with me and also offered a job to my son. It was always simply a joy to see and speak with him. He will be sorely missed.
God bless.

To Joanne, Jenny, John & Catherine -
Words cannot properly express my sorry regarding Michael's passing. My heart is breaking for all of you. A smile always comes to me when I think about Michael - his very dry since of humor, his love of taking a "jab" at you with that devil smile, his willingness to always help. He was so kind to my mother - they bantered pretty well!
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with each of you and I will see you next weekend.
Love, Joal
