John was a colleague and friend of mine for 29 years at API Heat Transfer, and will be greatly missed, not just with his work family, but by the many API Customers that he represented over the years as well. I never met anyone who knew Compressors like John and he was always kind and had a very gentle soul. My condolences to Matthew and the rest of John's family. See you later my friend.

We knew John since the 1970s, meeting him at Rushford Lake. John, his brother Jimmy and I were the first to fly hang gliders over the lake and had many great times (and some injuries) over the years. Feeling much sorrow at losing him. Rest in peace John.

I work with John for 30+ years. I miss our daily chats and running into him once in a while on our commutes to work. It's been a very sad few days in our office and will continue to be for some time. He was a good man and will be missed by many.
