I feel like one of the lucky ones that have had the pleasure of getting to know Mimi over the last 20 years. When I think of her, I think of a classy, beautiful sole with genuine curiosity. I will miss our time spent together sitting on the deck or beach looking out over Lake Erie and talking about celebrities, work and just life. Rest In Peace Mimi. You will be missed.

My mother and best friend was called home and can now join hands with my Dad. It was a life so well lived but I'm so glad you are at peace. I deeply miss you both.

In the late 80's my family lived in Rochester, my memories then were with Mimi, and Papa, my Mom and I going to Bills games. They had 4 season tickets on the 30 yard line behind the Bills bench, 100 level. I didn't know it then but they were great seats! I remember parking and walking together sometimes through the snow and slush, past Sal's restaurant to make it into Rich Stadium and all sitting together. They were great games to attend and the Bills usually won! With players like Kelly, Thomas, Reed, Lofton, Smith, Hansen, Conlan, Talley, and Kelso!
30 years later my kids were fortunate to know and spend time with Mimi. The last time we were at Mimi's house in the summer of 2018, the kids took advantage of the candy in glass jars in the kitchen, played cards at her table, went to George's and Charlaps for ice cream. A perfect day in Buffalo! RIP Mimi. Thanks for all the great memories!!

The first time I met Mimi we all went to Connors for hot dogs! She was so welcoming and radiated a goodness and positivity that never faded and will never be forgotten.
May she Rest In Peace

I'm so lucky to get to spend my life with Doris' incredible granddaughter who I know is the person she is today in part because of the relationship she had with her grandmother. We'll miss you Doris.

When I think of Mimi, I think of white chenille blankets and chunky silver bangles. I think of wicker baskets hanging from her family room ceiling and playing Capture The Flag with my cousins in her backyard. I think of her giving me a purse every Christmas, crazy ones with tassels or zebra prints. I think of her sneaking out of family parties, telling only me and whispering “Age has its privilege” as she scooted out to her car
