Loving Son, Brother, Uncle
Paul was born in Bedford, Indiana. His family moved numerous times but he spent the bulk of his youth in Orchard Park, New York. Paul graduated from Miami University of Ohio in 1981 and went on to a successful career in banking and portfolio management. Paul spent several decades living and working in Seattle. He had just relocated to Columbus, OH within the last 2 months, in part to help care for his mother. Paul was a self-employed financial advisor. Paul led a very active and full life. He was a talented musician. He lightened the mood wherever he went with his humor. Paul loved woodworking, fine wine, good food, and spending tim outdoors. He also traveled extensively and had many good friends. Paul was a generous and fun-loving uncle, a caring brother, and an especially devoted son. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
Paul is preceded in death by his father Harry H. Scheu. He is survived by his mother Patricia H. Scheu; sisters Gretchen (Lee) Evans and Jennifer (Doug) Pollock; and their children Erica (Dylan Klossner) Evans, Mark Evans, Benjamin Pollock, Daniel Pollock, and Madeline Pollock.
Services will be held Saturday September 29th at the Forest Lawn Cemetery Chapel 1411 Delaware Ave. Buffalo, NY; Reception at 2:00pm followed by Services and Burial.
