It is with deep sadness and great sympathy for the family, that I read of the passing of our former neighbor, ‘Janet’ Schram.
Mrs. Schram was a life-long fixture in our neighborhood ... always there to listen and offer advice. After retirement, she loved to work in her garden, and all winter grew her seeds under the blue lights in her basement. We will never forget her order of ‘Lady Bugs’ that caused bouts of laughter as they infiltrated every corner of our home!
Since we were both retired school teachers, we had many discussions on the direction that education was taking in The United States ... and Janet was never shy about voicing her opinion.
Florence Janet Schram will be missed ... from our neighborhood community as well as from our lives. I believe she is happy in her eternal rest, reunited with her beloved Johnny.
